Wicked. Webster's dictionary describes the word as "1. Evil by nature and in practice. 2. Playfully malicious or mischievous. 3. Highly offensive or obnoxious."   Up here in the North East, we've been using it like this for a wicked long time: 4. Slang. Strikingly good, effective, or skillful.
